At Goddess, we want you to feel empowered in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
